I do not agree to the terms or request of credit on file as per my conversation with Garrett Ryder, the deposit is fully refundable so long as no order was actually placed. I did not place an actual order to purchase any building, I simply left a deposit to lock in current pricing. “Credit on file” is the only option available to select in order to submit this form. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $4,624.21 credited back to my account it was drawn from.
