We are experiencing a family emergency with regards to our special needs son (autistic and intellectually disabled). There was an incident in which he hurt someone with charges involved and we need to use our money which was set aside for this building project to hire him a private attorney as he is now in our county jail. This was unfortunate and unexpected but we now need to focus our monies on this situation. We are requesting a full refund of our deposit ($1682.34) as we are not going to be able to complete this building project at this time. If you require supporting documentation/proof we can send documents describing this incident.
