We are a small church with a membership of around seventy-five members. We have been presented with a septic tank issue that now needs replacement due to leakage of the concrete wall. The cost is expected to be between 20k to 25k. The area we planned to put the shed ran across the line of piping coming from the septic tank. We will not be able to align the shed in the position we needed to accommodate our plans. It took us a while to raise the funds for the shed as we had started this project in November of 2024, it will take us some time to raise approx. 25k to take care of the septic issue. I believe we already have a credit on file. I am requesting a partial refund of deposit.

What the app recommends
Policy engine decide()Credit on file
80% mediumAfter 72h with no qualifying permit denial → credit on file
Outside the 72-hour cancel-for-any-reason window and no qualifying unfixable permit denial. Offer credit on file toward a future building of the same or higher value (historically valid 2 years). Ask them to confirm before converting. Do not describe this as a 90-day cancellation policy.
From order-form rules + opened permit file. Independent of Jacob's sent mail.
Decision matches (credit), but Jacob’s sent reason/template used “90 day cancellation policy” as a blanket timeout. 90 days is only the permit-denial window. Policy proposal template is the outside-policy credit letter.

Hello Michael Evans, We have completed reviewing your cancellation request. This request falls outside our cancellation policy: the 72-hour cancel-for-any-reason window has passed, and we do not have a government-signed unfixable permit denial within 90 days of signing. If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, the deposit will convert to a credit on file toward a future building of the same or higher value. The credit is stored under your contact information and is historically valid for two years. Please tell us how you would like to proceed.
