This order was placed back in November 2024. It has now been almost 5 months. Since November 2024 I have been working with Ryan at your Success Team to obtain the Engineering Drawings (almost daily conversations). My County (Clark County in Washington) requested that my site plan be attached to the Engineering drawings. After many months of backwards and forwards with your Engineering department (facilitated by Ryan) your engineers would not attach the completed site plan to their drawings. The County finally requested that I obtain a new Engineer (start over) that would do this and I just don't have the funds to pay for Engineering a second time nor do I have the inclination to start over. After 5 months I am at a point where I am unable to proceed and have therefore begun the process of cancelling my entire project including your building. Ryan at the Big Buildings Direct Success Team told me you could and probably should contact him for all the notes of the dozens and dozens of stressful calls trying to get this to work. The bottom line is that your Engineering Department could not deliver - I believe the appropriate term is "non-performance". I am not only asking for a refund of my deposit paid to Big Buildings Direct but also of the Engineering Fee I paid as they were unable to provide plans that were satisfactory to the County for Permit approval. Please note that I am for asking for a refund and not a credit on file as I will not be proceeding with this project in the future. I have now cancelled the permit request with the County. Please contact Ryan at The Big Buildings Direct Success Team for evidence of all of this. His number is 813-692-7320. This has been an incredibly stressful and vastly disappointing experience for me and I just want it to be over please. Everyone I talk with cannot believe this is a true story. Please help me get my refund processed. I am available anytime on 415-377-4410. Sincerely, Ian Fleming.

NOT SENTSubject: Cancellation request — additional documents needed
Hello Ian Fleming, To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough. Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building. Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
