When I purchased said product, the customer service representative said that the decision to get a permit would be mine. So when I received an email from the supplier, American Carports, saying that I would need a permit I was absolutely shocked. I need this structure up ASAP and I don’t have the time or desire to get a permit. If I had known this upfront I would never have ordered this product. I am asking for a full refund. Thanks!
