building was designed and sent to me over height of town ordinance and describing specific height i need. upon attempting to submit paperwork to town they refused all papers stating my issues and simultaneously told me i needed to contact my township engineering department because the building was over 500sq feet and requires water mitigation. upon speaking with this department and everything they will require this project has become well over my budget and is something that will not be able to get done at a reasonable time or for a reasonable price. my sales rep reed from big buildings direct made me aware upon submitting my deposit that i would have up to 90 days to receive a refund and i am well inside of 90 days
