After placing the order with Big Buildings Direct, my order was sent to American Carports Inc. I then called American Carports, Inc. and was told by their engineer that what I wanted to build on the inside would void the warranty. Due to the fact that I was not told about this prior to ordering, I am unable to move forward with this project and request return of my full deposit.
