When I purchased the building I told the sales person we were not going to pull a permit because the building is considered a temporary building. I received a call from your installation company and they stated that in my county a building that over a certain sq footage requires a permit. There are many reasons this would not qualify for a permit. Need to cancel this order. Just the fact I said I was not going to pull a permit and If I had to, I would not purchase the building. I do not want a credit issued for future use as I will not be able to use it as I can't build on the site.

Hello Gary Rasmussen,

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
