request falls outside our 90 day cancellation policy. Additionally, they
seem to state that ground anchors are not permitted however your project
was set up for a concrete foundation with concrete anchors, there might be
confusion on their part. If you proceed with the cancellation the deposit
will not be eligible for a refund. We can offer a credit on file for the
deposit. The credit can be used toward the deposit for a future building

Hello Will Henry,

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
