I am reaching out to you about my order. On 9/30/2025 I signed the agreement. On 10/6/2025 I had an injury at work. (Workman's Compensation is involved) I had a few visits with Dr. and an MRI was ordered. On 10/25/2025 I had an MRI conducted On 10/27/2025, I had a follow up with the Dr from the MRI. It has been determined that I need to have surgery. With these events that have occurred, I am unable to perform the work that I was going to do to prepare the site and pour concrete. I have been told that recovery is expected to take 9-12 months. I will be off of work for an undetermined amount of time. Due to all of these above. I have reached out to Tucker, the sales person that we worked with and asked that my ordered be cancelled and deposit be refunded. I am very upset that this won't work out as I have looked forward to getting a barn, but at this time, with the major change in my health and being off of work indefinitely with surgery. I appreciate your cooperation and please let me know if there is anything further I need to do or speak to anyone. Please let me know the next steps and what I can do to get the order cancelled and the refund sent back to me. I know they have not started manufacturing because we have been waiting on Steel samples from your manufacturing company with the different paint colors, so they do not have a color for our order. I hope that actually helps us both out as you would not have started the process yet. Thank you for your help while we try to get this taken care of. We will have more details on when the surgery will be scheduled and more from workers comp in the coming weeks. If you need more information, please reach out and I will provide you with as much of the documentation as I can. Below I have attached the Workers Comp forms and the diagnosis from MyChart, which are the results from the MRI. I understand that I must "request credit on file" because that is the only option you provide to complete the form. But I am asking that you reconsider and give me a full refund because of the circumstances and the timing.

TEST MODE. Open the actual uploaded file. A filename is not a denial. Saving writes data/store.json only — never email, never live cancel-app. Bulk file-open reviews from data/permit-doc-reviews.json hydrate here when that file exists; they never set government-signed from a filename.

Subject: Cancellation request — credit on file

Hello Dave Brewer,

We have completed reviewing your cancellation request. This request falls outside our cancellation policy: the 72-hour cancel-for-any-reason window has passed, and we do not have a government-signed unfixable permit denial within 90 days of signing.

If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, the deposit will convert to a credit on file toward a future building of the same or higher value. The credit is stored under your contact information and is historically valid for two years.

Please tell us how you would like to proceed.
