Subject: Cancellation request — proof that setbacks cannot be met

Hello Douglas Lucas,

To approve a cancellation under the permit-denial policy we need a document showing that the setbacks cannot be met. If the setbacks can be met, the building must be placed according to local regulations.

A variance requirement, a punch list of required changes, or a letter that does not say the lot cannot take the building is not an unfixable denial.

Please send written confirmation from your building department. We can continue review once we have it.
