After getting in contact with engineering team at American steel to start my projects drawings, i was informed by them that i could not have my desired layout that is shown on your website. Reason for this is that the state of new jersey doesn't allow 5ft on center studs that allow me to have desired layout, they require minimal 4ft centers which doesn't allow me to have my desired building that fits my property. Also requesting a full refund on my deposit, not store credit.
