After a long process of getting through zoning then onto the building department. i had too physically drive there to see what was holding us up there. After looking through the paper work she found our permit. it was submitted to the building official for review. after his review he deemed it necessary that we provide full blown architectural drawings with the generic engineered drawings. at this point we contacted firms to see when and how much cost this added to the project. after receiving the information on what they were requiring and the extent it was entailing. plumbing electrical hvac engineering as well. after we looked at the extreme additional cost to the project. and with out this this we could not get an approval to build. we found the cost associated to get building approval was more than the building was going to cost to buy. thank you for your consideration in our refund.
