WE want a full refund!!! The company you guys sent and made us pay for the blueprints never even touched our plans/project yet and its been a month or longer They are refunding us, and we want a full refund from our original payment to you, do to it being because of the lack of professionalism and inability to complete responsibilities from their end which is what has also screwed us over in the end with the project We will be taking our business elsewhere
