Due to unforeseen financial situation, we cannot proceed through with this project. We did try to revise our build in a way we thought that we could move forward, but we are unable to move forward with any size building and will not be able to in the future. We have some other concerns with the process of working with Big Buildings Direct. We have reached out multiple times to try and actually talk with a representative to discuss receiving our deposit back without success. We were only referred to the cancelation department through email. We were never able to speak to anyone from the cancellation department. We were also unaware that this project was set up through a third party seller, and not directly through the primary builder. If we would have known this, we would not have moved forward. We would just want our deposit back, and have not been able to speak with a representative who can make that decision. We do have more concerns and points that we would be happy to share if you would like to reach out to us. I am not looking for "Credit On File," which is the only choice I can make on this form. This is a perfect example where we can't actually speak with someone about this. Thank you for your time, Jason and Suzie Kingrey.

Hello Jason Kingrey,

We have completed reviewing your cancellation request. This request falls outside our cancellation policy: the 72-hour cancel-for-any-reason window has passed, and we do not have a government-signed unfixable permit denial within 90 days of signing.
