The County we are in asked a number of questions in the permit process. Those questions were sent to Big Buildings on 9-4-24 and were forwarded to Eagle Carports on 9-5-24, however the email used by Big Buildings to Eagle Carports was not a valid email address. I found this out when I contacted E CP and talked with Tammy. I forwarded the email to her with the questions from Jeffco and she was going to call the Building Department. I never heard back from her so I then sent both of you an email to cancel the order. I have had issues from the beginning of this project starting with Kelvin and now with you not having a proper email address which delayed another 13 days. I am requesting a full refund back to my CC card that you have on file. I am NOT agreeing to a credit on file if that means you will keep my credit for future transactions. I will NOT be using BBD in the future. Your form does not allow me to put something different in the "Request" portion. You have the email with the questions from the county. I tried to upload them and there is an error. Again I am requesting a full refund of $3255.65 back on my CC used for the deposit.

Hello Donna Maas,

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
