I am unwilling to pay $1300 for drawings for building that cost 10k especially since it was originally estimated by your company to be under $600. Also the manufacturer stated that are not willing to add the tool up door 3’ above the floor as requested in the initial order. This is obviously outside of the 72 hour window due to the fact that no one reached out to me and I had to call the manufacturer yesterday who relayed this info to me. I am requesting a full refund and not a credit on file.
