Honestly this project isn't going to happen any time soon. My wife and i's first home we didn't know what we were getting into and thought we were going to be able to get it done fast! Unfortunately that is not the case.. I hope you guys can understand and refund the deposit as we just can't afford to go through with even permitting let alone pouring concrete pad and than the garage!

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.
