To get the permit we aren’t able to have the size we want and are unable to afford (we didn’t plan for in our budget) to hire a professional arborists which is required to move forward to continue the permitting process. The permit office has taken a very long time just to get to the point of sending us the requirements for trees. We attempted to try and gather the money and other ways to meet their requirements. But we were unable too.

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
