It was my understanding Big Building would get all permit to install the building, I only need to get the concrete permits. I am 79 and can't do all the necessary work to complete this project. I would expect to pay a service charge for your time, I have lost 2000.00 for the drawings, would you please work with me on my deposit.

Hello Harold Burton,

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
