We have had constant issues getting a permit, and have had to adjust our site plans and buildings plans several times. As we started to move along with the permit we were then informed by the permit people that we needed to do numerous additions to our property and adjust the plan of the building again if we were to get a permit, including building a driveway. They have informed us that they do not DENY permits, they only WITHDRAW permits, this has now left us in a situation where we cannot afford the planned project with the additional requirements, can't have the building where we want, and possibly having to change the building plans again.

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
