We have reviewed your cancellation request and can approve your cancellation to get you out of the contractual obligation with the remaining balance. The cancellation is out of our 90 day cancellation policy. Due to this, the deposit placed is not eligible for a refund.

We can offer a credit on file for a full deposit amount. The credit on file is valid for two years and can be used towards the deposit of a future building purchase. It can also be used at a different property address or across multiple projects if needed.

Hello Caleb Stone,

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
