JUAN & IAN COULD NOT GET THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION TO US - BLUE PRINTS SHOWED A CONCRETE FOUNDATION - WE ORDERED A BUILDING TO BE SET ON A STONE BUILDING PAD - GROUND INSTALLATION. THEY SENT SEVERAL BLUEPRINTS WITH CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS. WE NEVER GOT THE CORRECT BLUEPRINTS FOR APPROVAL FROM THE COUNTY. THERE WAS ALWAYS A DELAY OF 2 - 4 WEEKS OR MORE FOR THE CORRECT INFORMATION. THIS PROCESS TOOK OVER 3 MONTHS AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THEY JUST GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT WITH BIG BUILDING DIRECT - THERE IS NOTHING I WANT FROM THEM. THEY MESSED UP NOT ME. YOU DO NOT GIVE THE OPTION FOR A REFUND JUST A CREDIT ON FILE - THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR ME. I WANT A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD . THANK YOU!!
