We have received your cancellation request. We can process your cancellation and release you of your contractual responsibilities with your remaining balance of $9,261.10. Unfortunately, your deposit would not qualify for a refund due to the amount of time that your project was on order. As stated in your cancellation policy on your signed order form after 90 days your deposit is non-refundable. I have attached a copy of your order form for reference.

For situations like this, we can offer a credit on file for your entire deposit amount of $1,628.64. The credit on file can be used towards the deposit of a future building purchase and will be valid for two years.

Hello Rodney Crittendon,

To proceed with a refund under the permit-denial policy we need a copy of the permit denial or written confirmation from your building department. A plot plan alone is not enough.

Our management team typically requires written confirmation from the building department — even a forwarded email stating the lot cannot take the building.

Please reply to this email with that document attached. Review takes 1–2 weeks after we have what we need.
