I have been trying to get this building approved to put on my commercial lot for 3 years. I have had to go thru DRC approval from several departments. They made me start from the beginning in this area. My project was just left of several employees desk for months at a time. I was on phone for hundreds of hours over the 3 year period talking to several departments and employees and supervisors before I got approved to file for my permit. When I got to this department I had employees that refused to talk to me just told me I had to hire and architect to redo my plans. After 2 1/2 years they tell me I need architectual plans. So I hired and architect . Thank I found out because I live near a small air port had to get approval thru them also after 2 1/2 years. So again I was told I needed to start over with permit process and resubmit plans. We did this got shut down because your wind speed was incorrect for our county. We got all that fixed and finally got an approval. When we order this building I was very specific with Kade what we wanted. We wanted to have insulated roll up does that goes in coil. your company did not offer this so we agreed we would get door. So we went to commercial door company to get estimates for door and insulation. We were informed we did not have enough height above door for this. Also we were informed they highly recommended not to use this kind of door. Was to much weight to put on this structure. Would need reinforced steel poles in concrete and still didnt not trust to support. The height is another problem we cant make any changes to this building or foundation without resubmitting to architectand him resubmitting to county. I am exhausted with this I can't keep doing this and spending money not knowing if it will be reapproved. I am done with this building I am giving up. I have wasted 3 years tying to ge to this point and still don' have what I wanted. I have wasted 3 years. Please if there is any way you can refund this money I would greatly appreciate it. I feel as if I have gone above and beyond trying to get this approved and have what I wanted and it just has not worked out.
